PLACING AN ORDER:
When placing an order please provide us with the following:

• Your delivery address (if different)
• A telephone number (day or evening - please state)
• email address (in case we need to contact you)
  
  If you place your order by email we will confirm receipt of your order, by return.

DELIVERY:
We aim to deliver goods in stock within 2 working days of receipt of your order.  However, please allow up to 21 days for the delivery of out of stock products.  You will be advised of the estimated delivery time, at the time of placing your order.

POSTAGE AND PACKING (P&P):
We use the most cost effective method to get your purchase to you.  Postage on all orders will be charged at cost and based on the weight of your purchase.

• FOR LARGER & HEAVIER ITEMS - We use Royal Mail Parcelforce

RETURNS AND REFUNDS:
We hope that you will be totally satisfied with every purchase that you make from us.  We try to offer our products at the best possible price. 

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website, for a full refund. 

To cancel, you can email us, or write to us at the address detailed above, within seven working days of delivery of your items.  You must take reasonable care of the items whilst in your possession and you must also make arrangements for returning the items to us, 'Unsealed', at your own cost.  Any goods returned to us are not our responsibility until received by us.  We accept no liability for damage in transit.

Claims for any damages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of your order.  Should your parcel arrive damaged, then you must state this on the Royal Mail Receipt of Goods, when you sign for it on arrival.
